This has been identified as a bug in Asterisk 1.4.29 by one of our other customers. 1.4.30rc3 should fix the issue along with the latest version of the FreePBX module. This issue was just discovered a couple of days ago so the module has not yet been made public, but if you need it immediately please send an email to isymphony-support@i9technologies.com and reference this post.
