Dial with dect

Hello,

When I want to dial a phonenumber with a Dect phone I get a response;

"Got SIP response 486 "Busy Here" back from"

But when I click the icon for cell phone my dect phone starts ringing en when I pick up it dials the cell phone.

This only with Dect phones.
When I use a normal Aastra 53i phone it works fine.

hmmmm very strange.
I can solve this problem by creating a new extension in de Administration tab.
Only this extension cannot have 4 digits.
I can use more or less, then I can use the dect phone again.
But as soon as I use 4 digits the problem returns.

Can anybody explain this?

Just to clarify if you type in a number in the call box in iSymphony it does not work but if you use a cell phone icon to dial out it does? Can you make outgoing calls normally from the phone?

Can you please provide me with some of the details on your system
-iSymphony Version
-Asterisk Version
-Configuration GUI (Trixbox, PBXIAF, plain FreePBX ect.)
-Firmware version on your phone

Yes, this is correct.
Remember: An Aastra 53i sip phone works fine. It's only with Dect phones
